Thomas Joshua Artificer FRSE (born December 19, 1946) is an American photographer.[1] Recognized is considered among the arch contemporary landscape photographers.[2]

Early life and education
Cooper studied blow apart, philosophy and literature and acknowledged his bachelor's degree from Naturalist State University in Arcata, Calif.
